Everton are reportedly keen on Porto’s Yacine Brahimi.

Everton may not be hugely busy in this month’s transfer window, having been so active over the summer, but some players are being tipped for a move to Goodison Park.
The Toffees landed the likes of Lucas Digne, Yerry Mina, Andre Gomes, Bernard and Richarlison this past summer to bolster their squad, so Marco Silva doesn’t need huge reinforcements right now.
However, a couple of players have been linked of late, with Porto’s Yacine Brahimi the latest talent Everton are reportedly interested in signing.
The Mirror claim that Everton scouted Brahimi on Monday, and saw him scored twice in a 3-1 home win over Nacional as the Algerian impressed.
Brahimi, 28, is a skilful, creative winger who was actually targeted in a huge £34million swoop by ex-Everton director of football Steve Walsh according to The Mirror.
Brahimi wouldn’t cost anything like that price now, as his contract with Porto expires at the end of the season, meaning a bargain deal could be available this month.

However, some Everton fans aren’t sure at all, feeling that he is too old given that he turns 29 in February, with some feeling that he will be another Theo Walcott in the sense that he won’t have much room to develop in the future.
Others do think Brahimi is a good player but maybe not right for Everton at the moment, with others simply bored of hearing the club linked with Brahimi after so much speculation in the past, calling him ‘the new Andriy Yarmolenko’ in that regard.
