The Toffees full-back is deemed by Whoscored to be the Premier League’s most in-form player at present.

Lucas Digne has become a definite fan favourite at Everton, making the left-back position his own since his £18million move from Barcelona to Goodison Park in the summer of 2018 (BBC Sport).
The France international has made 31 appearances in all competitions for the Merseyside outfit this term, including 27 Premier League starts and a tally of three goals and four assists in the league, according to Transfermarkt.
Although Everton have had a topsy turvy season, Digne has been consistently good and produced an especially solid performance during the Toffees’ 2-0 win over West Ham United last Saturday.
Indeed, according to stat-based website Whoscored, the 25-year-old is the Premier League’s most in-form player, topping a list from the last six games which includes the likes of Raheem Sterling, Sadio Mane and Virgil van Dijk.
On top of that, Digne is the only player to be featuring in the Team of the Week, Team of the Month and team of the season so far, as noted on Twitter by Lars Hendel, media adviser for the player.
Here is how some Everton fans responded to the news of DIgne’s “beautiful hat-trick” on the social media platform:
Earlier this week, Digne admitted to France Football that he rejected the chance to join Liverpool twice, having opted for Paris Saint-Germain and then Barcelona instead of the Reds, before then going to join Everton last summer.
