Gylfi Sigurdsson didn’t cover himself in glory for Everton on Saturday.

No Everton player emerged with much credit from Saturday’s embarrassing defeat at Millwall.
But the reception for Gylfi Sigurdsson on Twitter was particularly scathing.
Everton bowed out of the FA Cup after losing 3-2 to the London side, who showed a lot more hunger and passion than their Merseyside counterparts.
The Iceland international had a few classy moments, but for the most part he was utterly powerless to provide the spark that the Toffees’ attackers needed at The Den.
Here’s how Everton fans reacted to the 29-year-old’s performance last night.
The pressure is firmly on Marco Silva. Not only because Everton have won just three of their last 12 games in all competitions, but the Portuguese manager clearly can’t get the best from Sigurdsson.
The former Tottenham and Swansea playmaker is a fantastic footballer, but he has had a horrible season by his own standards and that obviously affects the team.
If Silva was utilising Sigurdsson’s class then the Goodison Park side – who sit 11th in the Premier League table – wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place.
