Everton fans are absolutely loving Theo Walcott so far it seems.

Theo Walcott is well known for his blistering speed, but even he might be surprised over how fast he is racing into the hearts of Everton fans following his January switch.

The former Arsenal attacker, who joined the Toffees three weeks ago, scored twice in his second game for Everton, having impressed on his debut against West Brom 11 days prior to that one.

And although the 28-year-old didn’t find the net in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Crystal Palace, fans of the Merseyside club are raving about him nonetheless.

Walcott was a constant thorn in Palace’s side this past weekend and his impact was reflected in the glowing tweets that came his way after a post-match message on Twitter.

Since leaving the Gunners, the jet-heeled forward has certainly looked like a force in English football again and it seems like Toffees fans are loving him.

Walcott is certainly in form, but consistency held him back at Arsenal and time will tell whether he can conquer those demons and salvage what looked a very promising career at one point.
