The Everton caretaker manager clarified recent media reports about Schneiderlin.

Morgan Schneiderlin has responded to David Unsworth’s comments about the Everton midfielder’s attitude on Twitter.
Schneiderlin, along with Everton teammate Kevin Mirallas, was absent from Unsworth’s squad that beat Watford before the international break.
And several media outlets reported that it was an incident at training the previous day which prompted the pair’s omission.

Those claims were later denied by both Schneiderlin and Mirallas via their respective social media accounts, and backed up by Unsworth at the Everton caretaker manager’s press conference on Friday.
Everton posted the following quote via their official Twitter page:
And within 20 minutes, Schneiderlin – who was sent off on his previous Everton outing, a 3-0 Europa League defeat in Lyon – replied: “Next time please people (Shushing face, zipped-up mouth face) before writting (sic) s***.”
But the Everton man’s message was greeted with a mixed response on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Unsworth remains in the Everton hotseat ahead of Saturday’s trip to Crystal Palace, after Sam Allardyce ruled himself out of the running to become the club’s permanent manager, while an approach for Watford’s Marco Silva was rebuffed.
On whether he could remain in charge on a longer-term basis, Unsworth told Everton’s official Periscope account: “The people that matter know my position they know my feelings and that goes without saying, but other people will make that decision.
“So that’s up to them. I’ll just be focused on taking the team tomorrow, getting the result that we need and what will be will be.”
