Everton continue to be linked with Yacine Brahimi.

Everton are likely to be in the market for new signings this summer, and a winger will be on the wish list for Marcel Brands and Marco Silva.
It’s mostly left-footed right wingers being linked with Everton, as Cengiz Under, David Neres and Bertrand Traore are just three of the most popular names so far this summer.
One bizarre link to emerge from the weekend is with another right-footed winger, despite having the likes of Richarlison, Bernard, Henry Onyekuru, Ademola Lookman and Theo Walcott on the books, as well as outgoing Yannick Bolasie, Kevin Mirallas and Nikola Vlasic.
It’s a name Everton fans know all too well, as Goal France report that Everton are in talks to sign Porto winger Yacine Brahimi on a free transfer.
The Algerian hit 13 goals and nine assists last season, again showing his quality in the Porto side, and he’s available for free given that his contract is coming to an end this month.
Everton wanted to sign Brahimi way back in 2016, but their £34million bid was rejected according to The Mirror. Now on a free, Everton are allegedly back in for the 29-year-old, despite Brands making it clear he wants young players.

Toffees fans have taken to Twitter to react to the rumour, suggesting that the ship has saild on Brahimi and he’s simply too old for the money he’ll be wanting.
Others think that the links to Brahimi are boring, joking that his agent must love Everton given that the links keep coming up again and again, adding that he isn’t needed at Goodison Park.
