Everton lost to Tottenham Hotspur this weekend and the Toffees offered little going forward.

Everton had a match to forget this weekend as they crashed to a 3-0 defeat at home to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Toffees have had a mixed start to the new campaign, with their summer signings taking time to settle, and one such player is former Malaga man Sandro Ramirez.

The 22-year-old arrived at Everton in a cut-price move after impressing in La Liga last time out. However, he is yet to find his groove at Goodison Park and looked out of sorts against Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Sandro started the match but, after failing to make a mark, he was replaced at half time by youngster Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman will know the campaign is long and he will need all his expensively assembled squad in the months ahead, but with no direct replacement for Romelu Lukaku he needs to get goals out of the men he has brought in, namely Sandro, Wayne Rooney, Davy Klaassen and Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Such is the young Spaniard’s innate talent, he is expected to come good at Everton in time, but Koeman cannot afford to wait too long for that change to occur.
