Everton fans are not happy with Sam Allardyce’s recent comments.
Everton fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Sam Allardyce’s response to being booed by them.
The Everton fans were not happy with Allardyce, who was appointed the club’s manager in November 2017, following the Toffees’ defeat to Burnley away from home at Turf Moor in the Premier League at the weekend.
The Merseyside outfit actually took the lead against the Clarets on Saturday afternoon, but the visiting team conceded twice in the second half to lose the game 2-1.
Everton also ended the match with 10 men due to the sending-off of central defender Ashley Williams in the 86th minute.
The defeat to Burnley means that the Toffees are now 11th in the Premier League table with 34 points from 29 matches and are still in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end o the season.
The travelling Everton fans were not happy with Allardyce’s decision to replace Cenk Tosun with Oumar Niasse and Gylfi Sigurdsson with Yannick Bolasie.
When asked about the fans disappointment with him, Allardyce told talkSPORT: “It happens. Fans have what they consider a new guy coming in.
“My job is not what the fans are saying or not saying. What we want is the fans cheering us not booing you, of course, but I have to look at the situation.
“That’s what you deal with as a manager, everybody has an opinion and I have to make the decisions and you hope they have an impact in a positive way.”
