Everton are reportedly ahead of Liverpool in the race to sign the 19-year-old.

According to The Mirror, Everton are in “pole position” to sign Liverpool target Ezri Konsa.
The 19-year-old is making quite a name for himself with Charlton Athletic in League One and has been linked with a Premier League move for a while now.
And it would appear as if Everton are favourites to sign him after The Mirror claimed that a £5 million move was in the offing.

It would be the second player that the Toffees have signed from Charlton in 12 months if the sale goes through, having brought Ademola Lookman from The Valley last January.
But the 20-year-old winger isn’t getting a look-in under Sam Allardyce at the moment.

And some fans of the Goodison Park club believe that does not bode well for their chances of beating Liverpool to his signing.
Konsa has made 25 League One starts this season and his manager Karl Robinson, who nurtured Dele Alli at MK Dons, recently claimed via The Liverpool Echo: “There’s nobody his age better than him. Fact.”
It certainly seems as if Robinson is confident that Konsa is the real deal, or the Addicks boss could be simply hyping him up in an attempt to extract as much money as possible for him.
