Manchester United lost 1-0 at home to Juventus on Tuesday night.

Manchester United’s season took another turn on Tuesday night as they were beaten 1-0 by Juventus in the Champions League at Old Trafford.
The game was billed as being Cristiano Ronaldo’s big return to his former club, and United were hoping to build on their 2-2 draw at Chelsea with a positive result against the Turin giants.
However, United fell flat under Jose Mourinho once again, and slumped to a 1-0 defeat at Paulo Dybala scored the only goal of the game in the first half.
United’s Champions League campaign is now in danger after four points from three games, and Mourinho is once again receiving criticism for his side’s performance.
One player who really struggled was striker Romelu Lukaku, with the Belgian slammed by United fans for his poor first touch and general lack of goal threat.
The Belgian has now gone eight United games without a goal, with his last strike coming against Watford in September, as fans begin to worry about his performances.

Everton fans saw plenty of Lukaku during his time at Goodison Park, and mocked the striker on Twitter after his display against Juve, suggesting that the £90million Everton got from United for him was daylight robbery.
Others suggested that Everton should attempt a cheeky bid to bring Lukaku back to Merseyside in January, but many are worried that Lukaku’s goal drought is destined to come to an end against Everton on Sunday.
