Everton fans have taken to Twitter to react after watching a clip of former Toffee Nikola Vlasic score a wonder-strike for CSKA Moscow.
The video shows the Croatia international rifling a right-footed effort into Arsenal Tula glovesman Yegor Shamov’s top-right corner.
Vlasic’s screamer was one of two goals he netted in a 5-1 win, and as a result, some Everton fans have been discussing their ex-player on Twitter.
The Toffees spent £10 million to bring the forward to Goodison Park from Hajduk Split in 2017, while Ronald Koeman was in charge.
However, after just 19 appearances, two goals and one assist for Everton, Vlasic was sold to CSKA Moscow for £14 million in 2019 where he has since thrived.

The 23-year-old has 27 goals in 80 appearances for the Russian giants, while also recording 19 assists.
At a relatively young age, it is a mystery as to why Everton cashed in on the player, regardless of how he was doing at Goodison Park.

The Toffees must’ve seen some potential in Vlasic to spend £10 million on him while he was just 19, but unfortunately, another club is reaping the benefits of his potential coming to the fore.
Let’s see what the Everton fans on Twitter have been saying about the attacker…
