Everton fans react to Mason Holgate links with West Bromwich Albion

Everton defender Mason Holgate is said to be of interest to West Bromwich Albion again.

Everton fans do not want Mason Holgate joining West Bromwich Albion.

According to the Daily Mail, West Brom are interested in signing Holgate on loan from Everton again.

The young defender had an impressive season at the Hawthorns last term, and Slaven Bilic now wants him back.

But Everton fans are hoping that Holgate sticks around at Goodison Park.

If Holgate does stay at Everton he could be important, as he is able to cover at right-back and centre-back.

Everton only have one right-back option in their current squad, in the form of Seamus Coleman.

The Toffees also appear to be struggling to sign Kurt Zouma, which means Holgate could get his chance at centre-back too.

Holgate could have a chance to impress at Everton over pre-season, with their next match coming against Wigan Athletic tomorrow.
