Newcastle United are said to be keen to bring back Lewis Gibson from Everton in the summer.

Everton fans appear to be concerned by rumours that Lewis Gibson is on Newcastle United’s radar.
Everton signed Gibson from Newcastle in 2017, but he has not made an impact on their first-team.
Everton boss Marco Silva came out and suggested that he didn’t feel Gibson was ready for Premier League football in the summer, and he has not been used at all this term.
The youngster now appears to be reluctant to sign a new deal at Goodison Park, with Newcastle circling.
The Magpies want to bring him back to St. James’ Park.
And Everton fans are concerned that they could lose Gibson on a free transfer, as there is not a clear pathway for him to break into their side.
Gibson is regarded as one of Everton’s top prospects so losing him would be a blow.
If Newcastle were to bring him back he would still face fierce competition for a first-team place though.
Newcastle have more centre-back options than Everton currently do, so he would have to impress Steve Bruce in training if he was to get a chance.
