Former Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu is set to take on his old club with Watford at the weekend.

Deulofeu had two spells at Everton as a youngster, and ended up making 75 appearances for the Toffees.
The Spaniard has spoken out about how fond he remains of Everton now, saying: “I have a good relationship and a good connection with Everton fans. They love me and I love them. Every time I go to Goodison, the people are really happy and I’m proud about this.”
The comments have gone down well with some Everton fans, who are now eager to see Deulofeu brought back.
Despite some fans asking for the return of the £11.5 million winger (Sky Sports), there are doubts over whether he would start for Everton now.
Deulofeu would have to compete with the likes of Alex Iwobi, Richarlison, Theo Walcott and Bernard for a first-team place.
During his previous spells with the Toffees, Deulofeu was rather inconsistent but he has progressed as a player in recent years.
Deulofeu will have a further chance to show that he has developed since leaving Goodison Park at the weekend, as he is likely to start against them for Watford.
