Everton fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Manchester City midfielder Fabian Delph.

According to The Sun, Everton are interested in signing Delph from fellow Premier League club City in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that the Toffees could secure the services of the 29-year-old England international midfielder for £16 million.

Everton fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding Delph, who can also operate as a left-back and has won the Premier League title twice with City.

Good signing for Everton?

Everton do have a strong midfield department, and Delph is not a player that manager Marco Silva’s side are desperate for.

However, given the former Leeds United and Aston Villa star’s experience in the Premier League and his quality, the 29-year-old will not exactly be a bad signing for the Toffees, if they can get him for £16m and on a contract that does not go beyond three years.
