Everton and Arsenal went head-to-head this weekend with the Gunners coming out on top.

Everton lost 3-1 to Arsenal in their final match of the Premier League campaign despite the Gunners playing most of the match with 10 men.
Hector Bellerin opened the scoring for Arsenal before fellow defender Laurent Koscielny saw red. However it was the hosts that struck next, doubling their lead courtesy of Alexis Sanchez.
A second-half strike from Romelu Lukaku brought Everton back into the game but there was to be no equaliser, with an injury-time strike from Aaron Ramsey adding gloss to the proceedings.
That said, both sides will have ended the day disappointed, with Everton losing and Arsenal failing to jump back into the top four and the Champions League qualification spots in the process.
Everton loanee Enner Valencia started the match, doing his best to inspire a turnaround in what was his last appearance before he returns to parent club West Ham United.

The 27-year-old played 83 minutes before being replaced by Arouna Kone but given his lack of overall impact this year, it would be surprising if Everton boss Ronald Koeman made his move permanent in the summer.
