Everton fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Liverpool striker Divock Origi.

According to Aksam, Everton have already initiated a move for Liverpool striker Origi for the January transfer window.

The 23-year-old has been on the books of the Reds since the summer of 2014 when he joined from Lille for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £10 million.

The Belgium international striker has struggled to make an impact at Liverpool and has been on loan at Lille and VfL Wolfsburg.

Origi is part of the Liverpool squad at the moment, but the 23-year-old is struggling for playing time for the Merseyside outfit.

The youngster has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for Liverpool so far this season.
