Yes, he was a tad inconsistent last term, but the quality is most definitely there and if Marco Silva can get him impressing on a regular basis then it’ll be a superb addition by the Portuguese manager.
That being said, he would have to improve his goalscoring. Scoring once in 27 Premier League outings isn’t an outstanding return and if he heads back to Goodison, that’s an area for improvement.
