The Everton winger is sidelined with a knee injury, but it remains to be seen when he’s back.

Everton have been rocked by the news that Bernard has suffered a knee injury.
The Goodison Park club released a statement on Sunday revealing that the Brazilian winger had sustained a ‘a grade 2 medial ligament injury’ in the 3-2 defeat at Brighton & Hove Albion this past weekend.
There was no timeframe offered by Everton in the statement, but it’s another rotten bit of news nonetheless.
The 27-year-old’s form has been a big plus in an otherwise dismal season for Marco Silva’s side, who sit 16th in the Premier League table and two points above the relegation zone after 10 games played.
Here’s how fans reacted to the revelation:
It’s the second injury blow that the Toffees have received in as many weeks after Silva also lost summer signing Jean-Philippe Gbamin for the rest of the calendar year.
Bernard has netted two goals in eight Premier League outings for the Merseyside outfit so far this season.
Their next league game comes at home to wounded Tottenham Hotspur next week.
