Everton fans react to Ademola Lookman interest, suggest swap deal

Everton boss Marco Silva is thought to be looking for a new striker this summer.

Everton fans have suggested trading Ademola Lookman for Timo Werner with Red Bull Leipzig.

Kicker have reported that Lookman is of interest to Leipzig for the third transfer window in a row, and they are now preparing to bid for the Everton wide-man again.

Leipzig may have more luck attempting to bring Lookman in from Goodison Park this time than they did last summer, when Marco Silva was determined to keep him around.

Lookman had spent the 2017/18 campaign out on loan at Leipzig and he seriously impressed in Germany.

Everton were eager to take a closer look at the youngster, but he only made three Premier League starts last term.

It seems that Silva does have some doubts about Lookman, which may mean that a transfer with Leipzig is possible.

And Everton fans now think that Silva should use the German side’s interest in his advantage, as they want Werner brought to Goodison Park.

Everton are on the look out for a striker, and Werner could fill that void.

The rapid German, who is valued at £60 million (TeamTalk), has proven himself to be one of the most dangerous front man in his native country, and he would be an exciting addition to Silva’s squad.
