Everton winger Aaron Lennon made only his second Premier League start of the season when the Toffees faced Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon, and the 30-year-old did not disappoint.

Lennon has had his off-field struggles but he now looks ready to get back to what he does best, and he will be hoping to guide Everton away from the relegation zone and into the top half of the table in the coming months.

Lennon will be hoping that whoever takes charge at Goodison Park, that they give him the chances afforded to him by his interim boss. After all, he has the experience needed to get this Everton side back on track…with a little help from his previously under-performing teammates, of course.
