Everton boss Sam Allardyce has suggested that he is finished with making additions this month.

Sam Allardyce looks on from the stand during the Premier League match between Everton and West Ham United at Goodison Park on November 29, 2017 in Liverpool, England.

Sam Allardyce’s suggestion that Everton are finished with making additions this month, has caused concerns among supporters at Goodison Park.

Allardyce suggested at his latest press conference, which was broadcast on the club’s official Periscope channel, that Everton were now looking at selling players, rather than buying.

Sam Allardyce, Manager of Everton looks on prior to the Premier League match between Tottenham Hotspur and Everton at Wembley Stadium on January 13, 2018 in London, England.

He said: “I don’t think so [that new players would arrive], we would be more in terms of moving players on.”

Everton now have a 33 man squad, following the arrivals of Cenk Tosun and Theo Walcott this month.

However, Toffees supporters believe that Allardyce is making an error if he doesn’t want more new players.

Everton have been left very short at left-back this term, with that position of particular concern.

With Leighton Baines out injured, Cuco Martina has been forced to fill in and the former Southampton man has not convinced.

And Everton fans are seriously concerned that they will be left short, unless Allardyce is bluffing with his latest comments.
