Everton are set to sign Eliaquim Mangala on loan from Manchester City, according to reports.

Everton fans do not appear at all keen on the rumours suggesting that they are about to sign Eliaquim Mangala from Manchester City.
The Daily Mirror have suggested that Everton are closing in on a deal to sign Mangala.
Sam Allardyce even confirmed that the Toffees were working on a loan deal today, which adds further credence to the links with Mangala.

Everton are looking to strengthen their backline, as they have been shaky in defence this term.
But Toffees fans are really not keen on the idea of Mangala joining them.
Mangala has looked unsteady during his time in the Premier League with City, and has developed a reputation as an error-prone centre-back.
The Frenchman could step straight into Everton’s defence if he does move to Goodison Park.
The likes of Micheal Keane and Ashley Williams have struggled this season, meaning Mangala is likely to come into Allardyce’s starting line-up.
