Everton are fending off interest from Tony Pulis’ Middlesbrough side for the midfielder, but Toffees fans want him kept at Goodison Park.

Some Everton fans have urged Marco Silva to keep Mo Besic out of the clutches of Middlesbrough, after his performance against Bury.
The Toffees only managed a 1-1 draw with their League Two opponents last night, but Besic was one of the players to catch the eye.

The Bosnian midfielder was in the thick of the action, and has done his cause to stay at Goodison Park no harm.
Besic was loaned out by Everton to Middlesbrough last season, and Tony Pulis’s side are understood to be keen to bring him back to the Riverside Stadium.
However, Everton fans appear to want Besic to stay, as they feel he could have a role to play next season.
Besic impressed at Middlesbrough last term, and he looks to have carried that form into Everton’s pre-season.
The Toffees already have a considerable amount of midfield options, but whether Besic will be able to fight his way back into Silva’s plans remains to be seen.
