Could Tottenham Hotspur’s Moussa Sissoko move to Everton in the summer transfer window?
Everton fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
The Merseyside outfit want to sign Sissoko from Premier League rivals Tottenham in the summer transfer window, according to L’Equipe (print edition, page 18, July 21, 2017).
The French publication has claimed that the Toffees have made a loan offer for the France international midfielder.
Tottenham, though, prefer a permanent transfer for the former Newcastle United man, according to the report.
The 27-year-old joined Spurs from Newcastle in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £30m.
Everton were also claimed to be interested in the Frenchman and had an offer accepted, but the Toffees failed to agree personal terms with the midfielder.
