Everton centre-back impressed in their Europa League victory.

Everton are through to the Europa League group stages after beating Slovakian side Ruzeborek.

Among the key men was summer signing Michael Keane, who was bought from Burnley for £25 million.

The England international will face tougher tests than Ruzemborek, but last night he did everything which was asked of him, and helped keep the threat on goal to a minimum.

Keane is expected to be a regular starter for Everton this season and getting two early Europa League clean sheets under his belt will boost his confidence.

The former Manchester United centre-back is looking like a shrewd addition with his encouraging early displays.
