Everton fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill.
According to The Mirror, Everton are interested in appointing O’Neill as their new manager.
It has been reported that the Republic of Ireland manager is one of the names on the Everton shortlist.
According to Sky Bet, the former Celtic, Leicester City and Sunderland boss is the favourite for the managerial role at Goodison Park with odds of 4/7.

O’Neill has been in charge of the Republic of Ireland national football team since 2013 and has done a wonderful job so far.
The 65-year-old former Manchester City midfielder has extensive experience of managing at the very top level.
