Marca claim that Everton are keen on the Brazilian, who has struggled since a summer move to Barca.
Everton were interested in Malcom six months ago, but he decided against moving to Goodison Park on that occasion.
However, Toffees supporters still believe that he could have something to offer the side.
Everton are believed to be looking for a number nine in January over another winger, but Malcom could still increase their attacking threat.
Theo Walcott’s position in Silva’s starting line-up looks under threat, as the England international has not been on the top of his game this season.
Malcom has struggled for appearances at Barca, but Everton have already seen the quality that is discarded by the Catalan giants.
Everton have already signed Yerry Mina, Lucas Digne and Andre Gomes from Barca this term, and all three have gone on to impress at Goodison Park.
