Everton are said to be lining up a bid for Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy.

Everton fans are not best pleased after hearing that Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy has reportedly become their top summer target.
Vardy has been linked with a move to Goodison Park for a considerable amount of time, and Everton are said to be prepared to go back in for the England international by the Daily Mirror.

Toffees fans are now asking whether a move for Vardy would be wise though, as he is reaching the twilight of his career.
Vardy is now 32, and given that his pace is his major asset, Everton supporters are now suggesting that there are other targets who would be better.
Vardy has still scored fairly regularly so far this season, with 13 goals in 28 appearances for Leicester.
Everton will surely target a new striker in the summer, as they have struggled to find a prolific scorer this term.
The likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin Oumar Niasse and Sandro Ramirez have all struggled, while Cenk Tosun has hardly been given a chance yet.
