Everton are said to be keen to snap up the Tottenham Hotspur defender.

Danny Rose of England takes a throw-in during the International Friendly match between England and Italy at Wembley Stadium on March 27, 2018 in London, England.

Everton fans are largely behind the idea of signing Tottenham Hotspur’s Danny Rose.

The Daily Mirror claim that the Toffees are keen on Rose, who could be available for transfer in the summer.

The left-back has barely featured for Spurs this season, after struggling with injury.

But Toffees supporters are keen to see the England international brought to Goodison Park, even though many have doubts over whether a transfer would be possible.

Everton are thought to be on the look out for a new left-back this season, as they look to strengthen in that area.

Leighton Baines is now 34 years old, and appears to be coming towards the end of his career.

Rose could freshen up Everton’s defence in that respect, with the Tottenham defender potentially offering them pace and energy going forward.

Everton are thought to be set to invest heavily in the summer, as they look to compete with the top six next season.
