The on loan Manchester City goalkeeper was linked with a move to Everton in the summer.
If many Everton fans had their way, Joe Hart would have joined them on loan from Manchester City in the summer.
Instead, the England goalkeeper took the unusual step of moving to Italy with Torino, with Toffees boss Ronald Koeman telling reporters he was never interested in signing him in the first place.

On Tuesday, Hart reminded fans in his home nation just what he is capable of, producing a string of superb saves to preserve a point for the Three Lions in Slovenia.

However, for Evertonians, Hart’s performance rubbed salt in the wounds, with their goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg coming in for criticism over his selection – and subsequent error – in Holland’s defeat to France on Monday.

Afterwards a number of them took to Twitter to discuss the 29-year-old’s display, with many ruing Koeman’s perceived oversight, and others hopeful of signing him next summer.
Manchester City are said to be covering a substantial amount of Hart’s wages in Italy, making a permanent switch to Torino unlikely.
Everton, meanwhile, are backed by billionaire businessman Farhad Moshiri and shouldn’t struggle to afford him – providing Koeman changes his mind.
