It has been reported that Everton manager Ronald Koeman is interested in signing Giroud from the Gunners this summer.
However, Koeman could switch his attentions towards Leicester’s Slimani if the France international decides to remain at the Emirates Stadium, states the report.
Slimani joined Leicester from Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £30 million.
The 29-year-old Algeria international striker made 13 starts in the Premier League last season, scoring seven goals and providing four assists in the process.
