Everton are reportedly interested in signing Fikayo Tomori if they cannot agree a deal for Kurt Zouma.

A number of Everton fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the reports from Sky Sports suggesting that the Toffees want Fikayo Tomori if they are unable to land his Chelsea teammate Kurt Zouma this summer.
Marco Silva is looking to strengthen his defensive options in the final days of the window, and Sky Sports reports that Zouma remains his number one target after a brilliant loan spell at Goodison Park last season.
However, the Toffees appear to be considering alternative options, with Sky Sports reporting that Tomori is also on their radar should they fail in their attempt to bring Zouma back to Goodison Park for the coming campaign.
Like Zouma, Tomori went into this summer off the back of a hugely impressive loan as he helped Derby County reach the Championship play-off final. But with the youngster still awaiting the chance to prove himself at the highest level, it is probably little surprise that the Toffees fans appear to have been divided by the reports.

Some are concerned that the 21-year-old – who is rated by Chelsea at more than £20 million, according to the London Evening Standard – will struggle to fill the void left by Zouma, and others are reluctant to see Everton pull off another loan deal as they will find themselves in a similar predicament in a year when Tomori returns to Stamford Bridge.
However, there are plenty of supporters who would love to see Tomori brought in, with one noting that there was little enthusiasm when Zouma was linked with the Toffees a year ago.

Here is how some of the fans reacted to the reports…
