Everton have been linked with the reported Liverpool target.
If rumours are to be believed then Everton are interested in signing Borussia Dortmund winger Emre Mor.
The Sun have reported that Everton are competing with a number of clubs – including Liverpool, Roma and Inter Milan – for the 20-year-old starlet, who is worth around £12 million.

Toffees boss Ronald Koeman has already spent over £100 million on transfers this summer and it appears as if fans of the Merseyside club want the Turkey international signed.
Mor, who has 12 caps for Turkey, joined the Bundesliga giants last summer and has netted once in 12 league outings for the Signal Iduna Park side.
Everton could be light on wide options shortly, as The Mirror report that Watford are in talks with Aaron Lennon, but it remains to be seen whether Mor is brought in.
There is fierce competition for his signature and if Liverpool really are interested then, with Champions League football on offer, the youngster might find it hard to reject a move to Anfield, if Jurgen Klopp were to offer.
