Everton are thought to be keen on signing Croatian defender Domagoj Vida from Besiktas.

Everton supporters are keen to see Domagoj Vida brought in by Marco Silva, after his display against England last night.

Croatia devastated English supporters by knocking them out of the World Cup in extra-time, and Vida’s performance was exceptional.

After a slightly shaky start, the Croatian centre-back was excellent in killing off England’s attacking threat.

Vida has been heavily linked with a £12 million move to Everton this summer, as reported by A Spor.

And Toffees fans have suggested that they would be very interested to see Vida snapped up and brought to Goodison Park this summer.

Everton are on the look out for defenders this summer, but Silva has been quiet so far.

The Toffees are yet to even make one signing, but Silva has hinted that big name additions could arrive before the season starts.

If Vida was to arrive at Everton he would be in competition with Phil Jagielka, Mason Holgate and Michael Keane for a first-team place.
