Klaassen joined Everton last year, but he was barely given an opportunity to prove his class last season.
The Dutchman was consistently overlooked, much to the frustration of Toffees’ supporters.
However, Marco Silva has handed Klaassen a chance to impress over pre-season.
Klaassen has been given the nod to start in multiple friends matches, but he has failed to catch the eye.
And Everton fans are now of the opinion that he should be sold this summer.
If Klaassen does stay at Everton it seems that he he will only be used in a reserve role.
Silva has a lot of competition for places in midfield, and the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin, Idrissa Gueye and Tom Davies all appear to be above Klaassen in the selection order.
