Everton fans have suggested that they want to keep Ademola Lookman, after it was suggested that he could be used in a swap deal with Arsenal for Olivier Giroud.
The Sun suggested that Everton may be willing to sacrifice the youngster in a trade deal for Giroud.
The French international forward was on Everton’s radar during the summer transfer window, but Ronald Koeman’s side were unable to get a deal over the line.
The Toffees may now go back in for Giroud in January, with Koeman’s side struggling in an attacking sense this season.
However, Everton fans do not want to see Lookman offered as part of a trade, as they feel the youngster still has a lot to offer.
Koeman appears to have some reservations over utilising Lookman in Everton’s first-team currently, with the youngster having to remain patient.
Lookman is yet to make a Premier League appearance this term, with the 19-year-old having to make do with action in cup competition.
