Could the out-of-favour Arsenal man be Everton bound this winter?

Everton are being linked with a January move for Arsenal outcast Theo Walcott.
Walcott has not played for Arsenal since their 0-0 Europa League draw at home to Red Star Belgrade at the start of last month, and Everton have enquired about his availability according to the Daily Mail.
Everton are desperate for a striker to replace the 26 goals scored by last season’s top scorer Romelu Lukaku, now of Manchester United. And while Walcott – who was selected by new Toffees boss Sam Allardyce for his one and only game in charge of England – may lack the Belgian’s presence in attack, he does possess pace like few other players currently at Goodison Park.

Given his lack of action, not to mention his irregular strike rate – the 28-year-old only twice scored more than 15 goals in a single club campaign – Everton supporters could be forgiven for turning their noses at the prospect of Walcott’s arrival from Arsenal.
However, a quick search on Twitter has revealed more takers than one would have perhaps expected.
Here’s what Toffees fans are saying about the rumour…
