Funes Mori has not played for Everton for approaching 12 months.

Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori has declared himself ‘100 per cent fit’ for Saturday’s visit of Brighton & Hove Albion, after appearing for the Toffees’ Under-23s on Monday [Liverpool Echo].
Funes Mori – an £11.6 million buy from River Plate three years ago – played 90 minutes for David Unsworth’s side against their Swansea City counterparts at Goodison Park, in what was his first appearance there since suffering a knee injury in March 2017.

Given Ashley Williams’ suspension, the Argentine’s return to fitness is a timely boost for Everton.
And Toffees fans on Twitter are discussing whether or not to throw him straight back in against the Seagulls…
Funes Mori helped Everton’s second string to a 2-0 win against Swansea, with the home side’s goals scored by Anthony Evans – a superb free kick – and Con Ouzounidis.
And the 26-year-old was not the only first team player on show, with Davy Klaassen – a £23.6 million summer buy – lasting 70 minutes against Cameron Toshack’s team.
Should Everton bring Ramiro Funes Mori into their plans for Brighton this weekend?
