The Bournemouth midfielder left Everton in acrimonious circumstances.

Everton fans are reacting after photos of the Bournemouth midfielder, Dan Gosling, wearing a full Toffees strip emerged online.
Gosling spent two-and-a-half years on Everton’s books before leaving in acrimonious circumstances.
The 29-year-old angered the Merseyside club by exploiting a legal loophole to join Newcastle United without a transfer fee, according to the Guardian.
And nearly a decade on, it appears some of an Everton persuasion are still not over it.
This is what they’re saying about Gosling – who appears to have been stitched up by several of his Bournemouth teammates.
Gosling was viewed as a player with great potential at the time of his £2 million transfer from Plymouth Argyle.
But it could be argued that the former England Under-21 international was unable to fulfil that at either Everton and Newcastle, where he made a combined total of 46 Premier League appearances in six-and-a-half-years.

Gosling has, however, established himself as a regular at Bournemouth following his return to the south coast in 2015.
