Everton beat Leicester City 2-1 at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.

Everton made it two Premier League wins in a row on Saturday afternoon as they beat Leicester City 2-1 at the King Power Stadium.
The Toffees may have been dumped out of the Carabao Cup in midweek by Southampton, but they did beat Fulham 3-0 last weekend, and built on that on Saturday.
A sensational run from Bernard led to the first goal, as the Brazilian ended up crossing for compatriot Richarlison to score the opening goal with a fine volley.
Ricardo Pereira hit back for Leicester, playing a one-two with Kelechi Iheanacho as he went on a lung-busting run before sticking home the equaliser.
However, Leicester captain Wes Morgan picked up yet another red card, and Everton took full advantage as Gylfi Sigurdsson turned James Maddison before whipping a stunning 25-yard strike into the top corner of the net.
It was an impressive three points for Everton as they look to find some consistency under new boss Marco Silva, and one if Marcel Brands’ summer signings really impressed.

Bernard provided a real spark out wide, as he was handed a first Premier League start since signing from Shakhtar Donetsk on a free transfer this summer.
Everton fans took to Twitter to hail Bernard, believing signing him for free is ‘unreal business’, hailing him as one of the club’s best signings in recent years, whilst even comparing him to ex-Everton winger Steven Pienaar and current Manchester City star David Silva.
