Everton manager Marco Silva saw his side lose 1-0 to Leicester City on New Year’s Day.

Everton fans on Twitter have offered mixed views on manager Marco Silva after they suffered their fourth Premier League defeat in five games on New Year’s Day.
The Toffees produced a poor performance at home to Leicester City as they were beaten by a Jamie Vardy goal in the second half following a mistake from Michael Keane.
Prior to the other sides around them playing, the result leaves Everton in the top ten, but they are likely to drop into the bottom half if results go against them.
Some Everton supporters were questioning their manager and whether the club made the right decision in appointing him as the boss in the summer.
The Portuguese coach, who previously worked at Watford and Hull City, replaced Sam Allardyce in the Goodison Park dugout following his short tenure at the club.
One fan stated that he’s not calling for Silva’s head, but he does believe that he is ‘out of his depth’ as he pointed towards his ‘inexperience’.
Others were critical in his decision to play Theo Walcott, who was also at fault for the goal conceded against the Foxes because he headed the ball towards his teammate in a poor fashion despite not being under any pressure.
