Everton boss Marco Silva has hinted that his side are not finished in the transfer window yet.

Everton fans are excited by the club’s official tweet, which quoted Marco Silva hinting that transfers were being worked on.

Everton posted a picture last night which carried Silva’s quote confirming that more new players were coming at Goodison Park this summer.

“We want just players who can strengthen our squad, to improve our squad. Let’s see what we can do,” Silva said, suggesting that Everton still had big transfer plans left for the coming weeks.

And Everton fans think that the tweet has hinted that a new arrival could be coming sooner rather than later.

Everton have been linked with a whole host of players over the summer, with some ambitious targets thought to be on their wishlist.

Everton seem to have made signing a right-back, a winger and a striker their main priorities.

The Toffees have already brought in Jonas Lossl, Andre Gomes and Fabian Delph so far this summer to strengthen their squad.

Everton finished in eighth place last term, but there are hopes that they could really push on and trouble the top six over the coming campaign.
