Everton fans have taken to social networking set Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Charlie Austin in the summer transfer window.
According to The London Evening Standard, Everton are interested in signing Austin from Premier League rivals Southampton before the end of the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that the Toffees are looking at the former Queens Park Rangers striker.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman is reportedly keen on signing the 27-year-old and another centre-forward.

Austin worked with Koeman at Southampton last season following his move from QPR in the January transfer window.
The Englishman had injury problems and was able to make just seven appearances in the Premier League last season, scoring one goal and creating one chance in the process.
The striker, though, has already proven himself in the English top flight before, scoring 18 goals and creating 23 chances in 35 Premier League matches for QPR during the 2014-15 campaign.
