“We’re trying to win our games, and we’re wanting to win our games, but we understand their frustration,” Coleman said.

“We know what it means to them. It’s no different if I’m sitting in the stand and my team aren’t winning away from home. Of course you can understand their frustration. They’re paying good money.

“No one seems to know where Everton go from here. Not even the manager. The season is drifting, it’s already drifting, there’s no doubt about that. It’s been drifting for some considerable time.”
