Everton defender Seamus Coleman won’t come up against Liverpool’s Xherdan Shaqiri on international duty, as he has remained at Anfield.

Coleman’s Ireland side are set to take on Switzerland at the weekend in Dublin, but the visitors will be without the Liverpool attacker.
Shaqiri has opted to stay with Jurgen Klopp’s side in a bid to increase his playing time at Anfield.
And Everton defender Coleman admits that it is a boost that he doesn’t have to come up against Shaqiri.
“Obviously it’s a boost for us that he’s not playing,” Coleman said.
“He’s a dangerous player and one of those who can turn it on and score a goal before you know it.”
Shaqiri has barely featured for Liverpool so far this season, and he will be looking to impress on the training ground over the coming week.

Shaqiri has played just five minutes of football in the Premier League for Jurgen Klopp’s side, with Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane favoured to play in attack over him.
At the moment it is difficult to see how Shaqiri breaks into Liverpool’s team, as The Reds have started the season well yet again.
Liverpool are the only Premier League side to take maximum points from their first four games, and currently sit on top of the table.
