Everton new boy featured in the weekend win.

Everton had a surprisingly quiet transfer deadline day given their need for a striker, but did manage to make one low key addition.
The Toffees swooped on Fulham’s academy to sign midfield talent Dennis Adeniran, just 18-years-old.
Adeniran made his under-23 team debut for Everton at the weekend, featuring at Goodison Park as his side saw off a talented Tottenham team, winning 4-1.

It is just the start for Adeniran, but Everton’s coaching staff are encouraged.
John Ebbrell, assistant coach, told Everton’s official website: “Dennis is coming back from an injury so we knew it was going to be about building his fitness. But it was great to get 45 minutes under his belt.
“He will look the part for us and he is already a great member of the group. I was pleased to see him involved and I am sure he will do great for us in the future.”

Everton’s under-23 squad won the title last season and breaking into the team won’t be simple for Adeniran.
He is a raw talent similar to Bass Sambou and David Henen, who both hope to one day step up to the first team.
Adeniran is an England under-18 international and his profile will only rise with the move to Everton.
