Muhamed Besic has not played at all for Everton so far this season, due to injury.

Ronald Koeman has admitted at his latest press conference, which was broadcast by Everton’s official Facebook page, that Muhamed Besic may not play for his side at all this season.
Besic picked up a knee problem way back in pre-season, which has kept him out for the entirety of the campaign so far.
However, the Bosnian international is now back in light training as he looks to get some sharpness back.
There was a suggestion that Besic could return to Everton’s team in the near future.
But Koeman appears to be being very cautious with the 24-year-old’s recovery, and the Dutch boss admits that he may have to wait until next campaign until he breaks back into Everton’s first team line-up.
“Mo Besic is doing well, he is doing some tests for his fitness, and is part of every training session,” Koeman said.
“He needs to do some more steps and then play for the under-23’s. I don’t know if there will be an opportunity for him to be really fit and play for the first team before the end of the season.”
Another Everton player who won’t play again this season is Yannick Bolasie.
Bolasie has also been kept out with a knee injury, and he underwent surgery on the problem yesterday.
Koeman says that the operation went well, and Bolasie is now well on the way to recovering.
“Yannick had his surgery yesterday morning, and it was really positive,” the Toffees boss added.
“Okay, there’s still a long way to go for the boy, but at least the second surgery is now behind him.”
