Everton attacker Kevin Mirallas was clearly disappointing to be substituted against Manchester United last night.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman has told the Liverpool Echo that he is planning to have a meeting with Kevin Mirallas.
Mirallas showed signs of frustration last night, when he was taken off in the latter stages of Everton’s match against Manchester United.
The Belgian winger clearly did not want to leave the field at Old Trafford, after helping Everton take a 1-0 lead.
And Koeman said: “I can understand players, if you substitute them, that they are a little bit disappointed.
“But in the way how he reacted is not a team, in my opinion, and I will speak to him about that with him.”
After Mirallas went off, Everton were not able to hold on to their advantage and they ultimately ended up drawing the game.
The Toffees had gone in front when Phil Jagielka flicked in a corner, and they looked solid throughout.
However, Ashley Williams gave away a late penalty from handball and Zlatan Ibrahimovic sealed a point from the spot.
Everton’s hopes of claiming a top four spot are now all but over, but they are still within touching distance of both Arsenal and United.
Koeman’s side are next in action against a resurgent Leicester City side at the weekend.
