Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton reportedly want to sign Miguel Veloso in the summer transfer window.

Everton manager Marco Silva has suggested to The Liverpool Echo that he does not wish to sign free agents in the summer transfer window, and his plan could clear the way for Wolverhampton Wanderers to make their move for Miguel Veloso.
According to TEAMtalk, Premier League duo Wolves and Everton are interested in signing Veloso on a free transfer this summer.
The 32-year-old midfielder is without a club at the moment, having left Italian side Genoa earlier this summer.
Everton boss Silva, though, has said that he is not planning to make any free agent signings this summer, and this could pave the way for Wolves to secure the secure the services of the Portugal international.
Silva told The Liverpool Echo when asked if Everton would be looking into free agents: “No. What we did in the summer, we achieved more in the last day, means we don’t need to go and see the free players in this moment.”

Veloso is a very experienced footballer, and the the Portugal international midfielder would be a good signing for Wolves.
Given that the former Sporting Lisbon star can also operate in defence, the 32-year-old would strengthen the bench of Nuno’s Wolves side, who won automatic promotion from the Championship to the Premier League at the end of last season.
